I live in a small town in west central Arkansas. Mena is nestled in the Ouachita(Wash-a-taw) Mountains. Most people have a bit of a problem with pronouncing that word. We have lots of hunting and fishing in the area. There is a State Park with a Lodge on top of the mountain, just 13 miles north of town. If you are looking for a vacation spot, please take a look at Mena. I've been living here for almost twelve years now and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. My wife, Brenda, and my two sons, John and Rusty, really like it here. Well almost all of us do. Rusty is a Senior and will graduate in May and can't wait to leave this small town for a bigger city. I'll try to find a picture of Mena and I'll post it here when I do.

Mena, Arkansas? Sounds like Mayberry. No traffic jams. No noise. Good fishing.
